July Life Coach ("we", "our", "us") provides digital tools, resources, and coaching services through julylifecoach.com, tools.julylifecoach.com, and practice.julylifecoach.com. Our services include a free tier and a paid "Premium" tier that includes advanced features, ad-free experience, and priority support.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may register using email/password or Google OAuth.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($9/month) or annually ($100/year), as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Full refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
You agree not to use our services to post illegal, hateful, harassing, or spam content. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or exploit the service. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
All content, code, designs, and branding are owned by July Life Coach. Users retain ownership of their own content (e.g., reflections, notes) but grant us a non-exclusive license to display content you choose to make public (e.g., public reflections or nicknames).
Digital products (e.g., writing prompts, guides) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered. All digital product sales are final unless the product is defective or not as described.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, unless prohibited by applicable law.
